A Mother and Daughter-in-Law’s Covenant That Impacted Nations of Women and Families

I have always been amazed by Naomi and Ruth’s relationship in the book of Ruth. I see their relationship as the spiritual umbilical cord that could not be broken. Not even famine could come near them. It was the blessing and the favor of God that kept them because Naomi made the decision to hear the voice of God just one more time although her heart was shattered over the death of her husband and then her two sons 10 years later. Look at this vow that changed Naomi’s heart from misfortune to joy because her daughter-in-law Ruth made decision to be with her for life:

In Ruth 1:15-17 (NLT): Naomi said, "Look, your sister-in-law is going back home to live with her own people and gods; go with her." But Ruth said, "Don't force me to leave you; don't make me go home. Where you go, I go; and where you live, I'll live. Your people are my people, your God is my god; where you die, I'll die, and that's where I'll be buried, so help me God—not even death itself is going to come between us!"

Then to top it off, Ruth birthed a son named Obed and blessed this child into Naomi’s life. This child and vow was infused by the Holy Ghost!

Naomi’s spirit turned from bitter to pleasant. This powerful vow moved Naomi’s and Ruth’s spirit that it pulled future mothers, daughters, grandmothers, daughters-in-law, mothers-in-law, aunts, cousins, spiritual mothers and daughters, midwives, and coaches into the merging of the rivers of living waters. Yes, being saturated in the presence of the Holy Ghost caused the sparkles of diamonds and gems to shine as the beacon of light for the souls to come and come and come for our latter days will be greater than our past.

Whatever the need, there is a chosen spiritual woman of honor nearby to impart wisdom, to bless, to encourage, to nurture, and assist in delivering the spiritual gifts to bless nations. Thank you Lord for your rainbow covenant vow reveals that you would never leave us nor forsake us because of the blood. I know the Lord is ministering to many mothers and daughters who are not in this realm today and are with Him for special reasons. I pray divine healing for the Lord to fill your heart as only He knows how to do.
