By empowering and encouraging individuals to eliminate stressful lifestyles to become
productive in their family and community. Helping them put their visions and dreams back
into action by making a God connection.

JOANN SMITH BIO

JoAnn Smith is a native of Lexington, Georgia, but has been
residing in Athens, Georgia since 1972. She is the blessed mother
of two adult children and a grandmother of five. She loves being a mother and grandmother and spending time with her family. She has worked with children for over 30 years.

God has mandated JoAnn Smith to reach out to the world with the pure and compassionate Love of Jesus Christ. This Vision was birthed on February 12, 2005. She is the Founder and President of LOVE Connection Ministries, a group that reaches out to men, women, boys, and girls of all ages to help God's people connect back to Him. Love Connection  Ministries distributes L.C. Baskets, Cards of Encouragement, Bibles, Birthday Celebrations, L.C. Mirrors, Prayer Pillows, Prayer Blankets, Financial Blessings, Food, and Clothing. In keeping with its Motto, `` Love (God) Will Never Give Up On You,`` The Ministry has made connections in many parts of the U.S. - California, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Virginia, Indiana, Florida, Georgia, and through the Ministry's website at www.LoveConnection.ning.com.

JoAnn Smith has a great passion for God's Word and helping others. She continues to share her ``LOVE`` by feeding families that may be hungry and need food. She has cooked delicious hot meals for the homeless under the bridge in Athens, Georgia, 2-3 times a week, as if they were sitting at her table at home.

In addition to being a Minister of the Gospel, she is a spiritual mother to many across the United States. She served 2 years as the Women's Coordinator at Chestnut Grove Baptist Church of Athens, GA. She received the AAHRC Community Service Award on January 18, 2014, at the 35th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship Award Banquet.  On November 13, 2014, she received an Award from the Athens-Clarke County Police Department Citizen Academy after finishing a 12-week class. She volunteer with the Athens-Clarke County Police Department since 2014.

JoAnn Smith is the Co-author of Victorious Living for Women and Victorious Living for Moms. She has an unwavering belief that you haven't done God's work until you have helped someone else.
 

This year, we celebrate 21 years in Ministry Serving God's People. For our 12th year, we celebrated with our family and friends at The Country Inn in Athens, GA.
